Refund Policy

We want you to love AutoLivePro. If something doesn't work out, here's exactly what we'll do.

1. 7-day refund window

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a paid slot. We refund the unused portion of the slot, pro-rated by day. Already-consumed days are non-refundable.

2. What's not refundable

• Free trial slots (they cost nothing, after all).
• Storage upgrade packs once purchased.
• Slots that have been streaming for more than 7 days.
• Charges from your bank, network or payment provider.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@autolivepro.online from the account email along with your order ID. We respond within 24 hours and refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days.

4. Admin slot removal

If a refund is approved, an AutoLivePro team admin will remove the relevant slot from your account so the books match. Your videos and other slots stay untouched.

5. Disputes

Please reach out to us before opening any payment dispute — most problems are sorted in a single email. By using AutoLivePro you agree to give us 48 hours to resolve issues directly.
